Holiday Collection Schedule

	The Department of Public Works will be closed on all holidays except Independence Day and Labor Day. When your collection day falls on a holiday that we are closed, please put your items out the following day. If your collection day is the day after a holiday, your collection will be one day later. This will follow through for the whole week, until Friday’s collections are completed on the next day, Saturday. Toms River Township's official holidays are as follows:  New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Lincoln's Birthday, President's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Columbus Day, Election Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.
