Our telephone answering system now includes a touch-tone directory that forwards your call directly to the person who can best assist you. The system is a 24-hour-a-day message center.

During peak hours, your call may be answered by automated voice mail. This feature enables you to leave a brief message, rather than calling back. Calls for metal or extra pickups in a Robo can collection area may not receive a call back due to the volume of calls received. Our goal is to return all other calls by the end of the workday.
