L. RESOLUTION authorizing contract for the professional legal services to retain the firm of Benchmark Resolution Services, LLC as mediator I/M/O Township of Toms River v. Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corp., ET als (contamination) and Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation v. The Township of Toms River (Redevelopment).
M. RESOLUTION authorizing the activation of the Township of Toms River’s write/down/buy-down program of its Township approved affordable housing compliance plan by the payment of $336,000 ($28,000 per unit) from the Toms River Township Affordable Housing Trust Fund to subsidize income qualified low and moderate income families’ and individual’s purchase of twelve (12) affordable housing units at 103 Walnut Street, Block 609.02, Lot 8, by Homes for All.
N. RESOLUTION authorizing contract for professional services to Eugene M. Farrell, CPA, RMA, CFP, of the firm of Hutchins, Farrell, Meyer & Allison, PA, Certified Public Accountants (Bond Sale), maximum amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
O. RESOLUTION authorizing Abandoned Motor Vehicle Auction on October 24, 2007, at 10:00 am at Accurate Automotive.
P. RESOLUTION authorizing change order No. 1-procurement of sixty (60) new and unused 2007 club cart precedent golf carts.
Q. RESOLUTION appointing Confidential Secretary Part-time, Office of the Council, Shirley Broome.
R. RESOLUTION declaring a situation necessitating the immediate enactment of an Ordinance authorizing the sale of Block 414, Lot 9.01, to the Presbyterian Home @ Dover, Inc. In accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:12-21-(1)(companion to Item #7).
S. RESOLUTION authorizing the retention of the COAH Second Round professional services of JDM Planning Associates, LLC, (amount not to exceed $17,500.00).
T. RESOLUTION amending RESOLUTION authorizing payment of in-house hockey league referees on an EUS (Extraordinary Unspecifiable Services) basis (18 referees-$25.00 per game).
U. RESOLUTION authorizing negotiation for the lease of space for an automated teller machine (ATM) at the Winding River Ice Skating Rink.
V. RESOLUTION authorizing Massage License for Edna Barbieri, and Massage Business License for Genesis Massage Business.
W. RESOLUTION repairing and securing lock on gate to pool area at vacant residence, notices have not been abated. Open pool & pool area is a safety hazard. Place lien on property for costs.
X. RESOLUTION of the Township Council authorizing award of contracts for the supply of lumber and nails to Diamond W. Lumber Co. and Bayway Lumber Co. in an amount not to exceed $30,194.31.
