B. RESOLUTION to establish a dedicated trust by rider for the remediation of graffiti.

D. RESOLUTION authorizing the Mayor to execute and the Township Clerk to attest to a release of Dover Chase, LLC from Developers agreement pertinent to development of Block 164, Lot 4.

F. RESOLUTION authorizing the appropriate Township officials to enter into an agreement with Ocean County Recycling Center, Inc. d/b/a Ocean County remanufacturing center to provide for removal and recycling services for the disposal of concrete, asphalt and tree stump recycling at the Municipal Recycling Center.

G. RESOLUTION requesting permission for Louis Amoruso and Michael Mazzola to attend Certified Public Managers classes this fall.

H. RESOLUTION amending resolution amending maintenance guarantees, Major Site Plan, Lester Glenn, Block 688.03, Lots 15.01, 15.02 (Clifton Avenue).

I. RESOLUTION releasing performance bond, Minor Subdivision, Barry & Sherry Iorillo, Block 1083.22, Lots 15-28 (Dolly and Driscoll Roads).
