S. RESOLUTION requesting purchase of a Forensic Video Enhancer & Analysis System from Ocean Systems 4016 Blackburn Lane, Burtonsville MD for $13,994. This will enable our technicians to enhance surveillance videos, stills, for evidence and investigative purposes.
